Mischa Barton Club

According to www.pagesix.com, Mischa Barton and her lawyer, Anthony Salerno, are hoping she will get off with probation plus alcohol awareness class for her sentence of driving under the influence. Her lawyer is confident that they will get that deal before they have to go back to court. Luckily the court has granted them a continuance, and they are not due back in court until April 10.

I cannot image what she must be going through. Waiting is hard to do when you are faced with theses charges or any charges for that matter. Let us hope that she gets that deal from the court.

Oh no.  Terrible news for us Mischa Barton fans…

Actress Mischa Barton has been arrested and briefly jailed on suspicion of drink driving, marijuana possession and driving without a licence, Los Angeles police have said.

We wish you all the luck through this Mischa and we’ll be sure not to trash you on here!

So apparently Mischa doesn’t want to date actors because they would end up fighting over the mirror.

“I’m not one of those girls who likes bad boys who are going to treat them badly, and I’m also not sure about dating another actor. I can’t remember meeting any actor and thinking that I must get him to take an interest in me. I also have to spend far too long looking in the mirror, so it wouldn’t be a good idea to share my life with a man who has to care about his looks, too!”

According to HollyScoop, Mischa is heading for London. Her sister lives in London so she’s thrilled to get closer to family.

Barton says: “I feel very at home in London for some reason. It feels like I should move there soon and spend some time there. I love a good pub but there are no good pubs in L.A.”

Actress Mischa Barton has revealed that she wants to follow in the footsteps of actress Drew Barrymore - by becoming a producer as well.

The 21-year-old actress is looking forward to copy the success of Drew Barrymore, who produced and starred in ‘Charlie’s Angels’ and ‘Never Been Kissed.’

Wow, Mischa Barton sure is busy these days. Does she ever get home to Maxwell Place?

The 21-year-old former star of The O.C. was close to her Hoboken home this summer during the filming of Assassination of a High School President, aka “The Sophomore,” in Bayonne and Jersey City. Then it was off to Russia to film Finding t.A.T.u. Now, according to the Leader-Post of Regina, she’s in Canada filming Walled In.

A reporter for the newspaper, Courtney Wagner, went to see Modest Mouse in concert and ran into Mischa in the ladies room.

As I was washing my hands, I took a glance to my left and saw a girl fixing her makeup in the mirror. The glance turned into a double take as I realized it was Ms. Barton. I immediately tried to think of something clever to say to her so I would be able to tell the tale and was about to ask if she had ever “seen these guys play before.” Luckily for me the people she was with walked up and started talking. Afterwards it was pointed out to me that Modest Mouse had appeared on The O.C. Duh.

Because she was with a friend in a wheelchair, Wagner got to watch the show from a VIP area - with Barton. And later, she saw her at a local bar, where she agreed to a picture.

In Walled In, Mischa plays the lead - a demolition company rep who uncovers a horrifying secret while inspecting a building. She’s described as a recent graduate from an engineering school - Stevens? Why not!

Mischa Barton quit The O.C. with expectations of turning into a big movie star. But when few offers came in, many wondered whether Barton had made the wrong decision.

At the present, The O.C. is no longer and Mischa has seven films due out in the next 18 months. With this in mind, it appears that dropping her Marissa Cooper role may have not been such a bad move after all.
